Why isn't your quote the cheapest per kilogram?
Because price per kilogram is only part of what a pack costs you. A structure that costs a little more per kilogram can be the cheaper pack once waste, rejects, line downtime and shelf-life loss are counted. Do you ever downgrade a specification to hold a price?
No. Raw-material costs and availability shift, but our commitment doesn't shift with them. We do not quietly change a specification to hit a target price. If something about your structure needs to change, we tell you — and why — before it happens, not after.
What is NexaFlex Proof™?
A documented, batch-level performance record — barrier performance, seal strength, print consistency and food-contact compliance — that can accompany premium shipments. It's verified performance, not just a certificate of analysis. We pilot it on premium SKUs first, and batch-data sharing is by agreement.
Can you match our current packaging structure?
Yes. Send us your current structure (for example PET/ALU/PE) or a sample, and we will reproduce or improve it against defined barrier targets. Where a structure can be simplified or made more recyclable without losing performance, we will tell you.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs depend on the structure, print and format. We keep them as low as the process allows and will confirm the exact figure for your specification.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead time depends on structure complexity, printing and current schedule. We plan with a demand-driven system and an on-time-in-full focus. We will confirm a realistic lead time with your proposal.
Which markets do you supply?
We are based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, and export worldwide, with established sourcing and logistics, exporting to markets worldwide. Tell us your destination market and we will confirm compliance and logistics.
What certifications do you hold?
We operate one integrated governance system that follows internationally recognised standards for quality, food safety, environment, health and safety, and ethical trade. Current certifications and their scope are available for review on request.
Is your packaging food-contact compliant?
Yes. We design and verify food-contact materials to the regulations of the intended market — EU 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011, US FDA 21 CFR, GCC GSO standards and the UAE FCM scheme — and issue a Declaration of Conformity for every food-contact product.
Can you provide samples before we commit?
Yes, and we recommend it. Physical samples let you qualify us on your own filling line. Request a sample pack and tell us the application.
Do you handle printing, or only unprinted film?
Both. We run high-specification gravure and flexo printing with 100% inline defect inspection (AVT Argus 8K), so brand-grade print and the barrier structure come from one supplier.
Can you help us move to more recyclable packaging?
Yes. Under our environmental-management policy we are developing recyclable, mono-material and, where appropriate, compostable structures. Bring your sustainability targets into the specification conversation — structure choice is where most of the impact is decided.
Do you work with private-label and contract packers?
Yes. Private-label retail is a core segment. We provide brand-grade print, audit-ready quality and one partner across your range. Customer artwork and products are never shown or shared without written consent.
