Capabilities

A structure only works if we can reproduce it exactly.

Roll after roll, shift after shift — this is the real test of a packaging plant. We run on premium, name-recognised equipment — including the Bobst Nova D 800 — because consistency starts with the machine, not just the recipe. The design system decides what to build. The process-control system keeps every batch inside specification. Across the value chain, every parameter that affects product quality or food safety is given a target, a tolerance, a measurement method, a frequency, an owner, a record, and a reaction plan for when it drifts.

The value chain

Audit-ready

Where the risk concentrates — and how we control it

Our HARA hazard analysis walked all 42 steps of the flexible-production route. It found the highest inherent chemical and physical risk at one stage — lamination — and put dedicated Critical Control Points there rather than relying on general controls.

Ink drying

Solvent retention monitored as a Critical Control Point — a food-safety parameter, not just a quality one.

CCP · Flexible route

Adhesive drying

Coating and cure controlled at the lamination stage where chemical risk is highest.

CCP · Flexible route

24–72 hr curing

Bond curing actively verified before release — not assumed complete.

Substrate range. Printing: BOPP, PET, BOPA, LDPE, MDOPE, paper and metallised films. Lamination: BOPP, PET, OPA, aluminium foil and paper.
Delivery discipline. Planning runs on demand-driven MRP with an on-time-in-full focus and rapid-response mechanisms when priorities shift. On-time delivery is what customers value most, so we control it as strictly as a critical control point.

Send us your product and target shelf life. We will propose a structure.

Just tell us the product, format, volumes and market. That is all our technical team needs to start.
